I like the way you think. The situation is highly fluid and it can go so many different ways. It may be that the very fact that you have outlined this possibility and we are learning of it, will indeed prevent it and force a different execution. What I have learned is that if one of us small guys discloses some devastating or game changing truth, they (power elite) go into Soddom and Gamorrah mode. Destroy it, flip the script and start all over. Keep it up, I follow what your saying.

I'm from that generation. I remember the phone network being hackable with various tone-codes. I remember modems & PBX's and other boxes connecting a lot of things. I ran a BBS. I remember how all that works. I also remember the red-dust part of the V series. V is a TV show, reality doesn't reflect it.

as for the future laptop, I mean come on, they had lasers too, they had nuclear SWORDS too. In V, they did a lot of odd things. I can't let myself be concerned if one thing resembles something we did many decades later (laptops) and not others (we have no nuclear swords). here's a piece of nuclear technology you're not likely to see: the beta-particle battery. A small source of beta-particles (electrons) bombarding cantilevers (small spring-board levers) will move them (motion to convert energy), so this can be a battery. 2 reasons you will never see this mostly harmless device: #1 it's still nuclear power so it will be restricted #2 the battery will last 100 years. this false-alien thing won't ever stand a real test. Again, back to the introns. Junk DNA is passed on but not activated anymore. This junk DNA carries the traits of all the prior species we evolved from. It has no negative effects so carrying many copies does no harm, and doesn't encourage death. Only the good traits keep us ahead of the competing members of our species, the neutral ones get a free ride. Any fake alien will carry the terrestrial ancient introns in their DNA in every cell.

also with every human male the Y chromosome can be linked back to common male ancestors across the entire planet. With ALL humans the mitrochondrial DNA strands connect back to common female ancestors. There's no escaping this detection method. Various DNA strands indicate ETHIC origin. This means EVERY ethnicity is identifiable - your ancestors - in your DNA at all times. You can't remove that from every cell. i'm with you for the most part, but i do not think the "alien" thing will work...i do not have any empirical reason other than my firm belief in CHAOS. i do believe WE will have a kind of "SPIRITUAL DISCLOSURE", but i feel it will unveil itself under the guise of chaos...it is just my belief...

... know it today bulletin board systems, or BBSs, were very prevalent in 1985. Some of the BBSs house pirated software. If you remember the movie 'War Games' starring a young Matthew Broderick, which came out in 1983 it chronicles the life of a so-called 'hacker' character and it was quite a popular movie (nominated for three Oscars). Therefore it is likely the original 'V' series was basing the 'hacker' son character on this stereotype.

The idea of alien disclosure is still something unlikely and totally not necessary for the New World order's control over the world's population. Most of us along with many very smart people didn't accept the idea of a pregnant man. We already know that the possiblity of man trying to create a new species is real and feared. Therefore any alien disclosure would be questioned big time by the scientist not the media.
