I got the palm muting down no sweat, but I can't really play on my acoustic because the neck is too fat and its hard to really hold down a full chord, so I play it on my electric and it still sounds good....only thing the volume knob gets in the way sometimes haha

@sebastiankolind Yo, man. He's playing all the strings in each individual chord. So for example, the Am he plays 5 strings (no low E) and mutes them all. Just rest the bottom of your hand on the strings with hardly any pressure. The closer you rest the bottom of your hand to the bridge the easier it is. Try just muting one note first.

Rest your palm on th strings right where they meet the bridge as you strum. You'll notice that it softens the sound but doesn't fully mute.

What i did was kept the side of my hand competely perpendicular with the strings and then moved my hand as close to the bridge as possible, (the thing the strings are hooked to) that made it sound louder but still kept the muting noise.
