Actually, there was in there, which you can barely hear somewhere in there after the crowd reaction to Saigo getting hurt. (Including my own "Ooooooh!" ^_^;)

Ironically, Andy, the Saito cosplayer, posted a version with the dialogue and music redubbed, so you actually can make out what's being said/sung. (And I believe it's also subtitled.)

It is a English adaptation of a song from called "Tsurupettan", by the artist/s "Silver Forest" - It's not a faithful translation, since it was re-written to match the skit, and the Saigo cosplayer, "iorie" is a fan of the Touhou shooter games the song came from. - Tsurupettan can also mean "flat-chested", so, it really works well for this skit.

(And apparently, I'm too tired to spell properly - Andy/iorie was the *Saito* Hiraga cosplayer, and he worked out his moves prior to going on stage.
