LOL I'm the fanboy? You're using nostalgia to justify quality. Truth is Skyward Sword is LONGER, the controls are much more unique and engaging, the story/dungeons have are all brand new and reworked compared to other titles. WW was great, don't get me wrong, but the tedious triforce quest at the end and only two late dungeons hurt the game for me

Well, you're right on Skyward Sword, good gameplay, good new ideas in dungeons, etc. But I just think The Wind Waker is much more complete, somehow. There's a lot of islands to discover (but yeah I recognize it could be even better), a very good story line (in my point of view), and those characters... I love them all ! Skyward Sword's characters are really not the best... Fi's robotic,
