  • im pretty sure vito has somthing to do with saying no or objecting :)

  • I'm really confused as to why anyone listens to that Octavius guys

  • what does veto means?

  • @OP7Specter It means "I forbid".

  • @geblox thanks

  • Does the old guy play yoda in “Starwars” .

  • @evanlamarche Same thing i wondered

  • that old guy sounds like yoda.

  • fuck i hate that old guy

  • @necrontyr1800 I detest him but Tiberius' mother is a cow who'd see you and I in the gutter.

  • Ungateful peasants.

  • VETO! Because fuck you!

    Continue.

  • How to win any argument:

    "Veto!"

  • Since I am not a native speaker, I wasn't understand the situation. Can anyone tell me what's the reason of these vetos' ? How is this "veto" system works?

  • @barmenmehmet It's essentially a "No".

  • This has got to be the easiest led crowd ever.

    "HAY GUIS HERE'S SOME LAND!"

    "YAAAAAAY!"

"HEY! D:< HE EVUL, HE WANNA BE EMPARAWR!"

    "BOOOOO!"

  • some good old machievellian politics from tiberius there

  • This is not about helping the poor, this about POWER, UNLIMITED POWER!!!!

    AHHH IT'S DARTH SIDIOUS!!

  • Brutus has told you that Caeser was ambitious, and if it were so it was a grevious crime, and greviously has he answered it. And Brutus is an honourable man, so are they all, all honourable men.

  • Lol Tiberius completely pwned the Senators.

You want to use veto? Alright, we'll veto everything then.

  • that octavius guy's voice sounds gayer than justin bieber

  • God I hate that old bastard with the black hair. Love to take a golf club to his face.

  • @Kelly14UK Agree. Also he sounds like an Evil Master Yoda x.x

  • Its ashame that by taking the pigs out, new ones worm there way in later.

  • His agrarian reforms as understood from what Plutarch wrote were not going to destroy the upper class at all and were actually pretty reasonable, it was the way he went about going after reform (vetoing the city into standstill and disrupting the sacrosanct of a fellow tribune) that alienated the senate. This show doesn't quite get that across, surprised there's not even a mention of his brother Gaius.

  • Good ol' Tiberius is turning the tables around on those elitist pricks, I love it!

  • Tiberius illegally deposed Octavius, and had him removed from the forum.

  • i love it when smug assholes get taken down a peg

  • VATO!

  • Those Carthies were quite the imperialists too. It's as always - imperialists fighting it out on the backs of the general population.

  • what destroyed rome was the destruction of carthage. Nasica supposedly articulated this in the senate before the appalling attack on the poor carthaginians who had a more democratic political system. But Cato wouldn't have a bar of it and thus rome - as with all empires - lost her freedom. No scientific progess for the next 1000 yrs. Empires destroy liberty - they always have and always will

  • Octavius is an A-hole; bitch lol

  • That old fuck he should of had his throat ripped open

  • Somehow, I get the feeling the Roman constitution could have been thought through better.

  • the magik word vito!!

  • That'd be veto old boy :)
