  • can someone please put the whole movie on cause that a fye movie

  • The essence of these two men is that they are essentially the same. Just placed in opposing positions to each other. They could have been friends in another life.

  • This conversation is based on a true event. There was actually a thief named Neil McCauley that De Niro's character is based on, and the cop who was investigating him sat down had coffee with him one day. No lie; google it!

  • "What about Cerrito?" "Same thing. Transponders got put on a bus to San Clemente." lol!

  • Great movie. By the way, does anyone know the music played to 0.00 to 0.54 please ?

  • @gau8avenger

Yeah i wanted to know TOO!!! from what i hear it's (new dawn fades ~ the Joy Division) but that's not the electric guitar sound that I and prob u are looking for...ill keep looking

  • @gau8avenger

    got it dude

    /watch?v=uQEGxFYPfBo

  • @TheAclark109 Yeah ! Thank you !

  • A guy told me don't let yourself get attached to anything you are not willing to walk out on in 30 seconds flat if you feel the heat around the corner

  • Ultimate cool

  • 2 greats . brilliant acting .

  • Whats the name of the song

  • is this the beginning?

  • v=tV8nDBQUyV0

  • this is a very intresting scene in heat the only scene they r on until the end of the movie

  • and guess what - their demand was that both faces wasn't filmed at once.

  • how do yuo know that?

  • read about the making of the film. they didn't want to risk being directly compared with each other.

  • The concentration between DeNiro and Pacino, the great competition between them, as actors, only makes the scene better.

  • The name of the song in the beginning is New Dawn Fades by Moby

  • Thanks! I have always thought that tune was wicked awesome.

  • gotta love joy division in the background

  • is this the start of the film???

  • nope, its not..I didn't put the whole movie considering the fact that they are ready to delete it

  • For what it's worth, I am very thankful you placed it online, even these little pieces. I am unfortunately in Serbia and it's not enough that we're so poor our roof leaks rain into our bedroom (and soon snow, yay!) but I can't afford to watch movies as great as this! So I thank you for letting me enjoy something I love for at least these 20-30 minutes. Sincerely, thank you!

  • no problem mate.I strongly believe that some day, which is not very far away, the world will be more equal and we won't be talking about this kind of things, but still there are bunch of movie sites on the internet that u can watch the whole movie.google them and check them out

  • hows your internet connection doing?

Budalo

  • I will not hesitate ...

  • this movie has the best ending ever

  • That music. Anybody know what it is ?

    I love it.

  • New Dawn Fades - Moby (Joy Division cover)

  • probly cuz of adude64

  • Superb movie.

  • who? who? what are you, a fucking owl? hahah pacino and de niro greatest film of all time

  • This is when movies were all about acting and the special effects were an afterthought. Now the movies made are all about unrealistic special effects and the acting seems to be an afterthought. Heat is one of the best ever.

  • I agree completely. Even when it comes down to films that are supposed to have style and finess, such as James Bond (Quantum of solace), films of today do not have the same depth and sense of emotive realism and intricacy. As an alternative; modern films constantly stage unrealistic, CGI enhanced and produced stunts, that are absolute drivel, such as 'wanted'. Older films such as Heat definitely outclass them.

  • these actors are brillant in this movie. one of the best i've ever seen.

  • classic scene

  • Whats the name of this song playing? Anybody??

  • does anyone know that piece of music at beggining of that clip? and who made it?

  • "New Dawn Fades" by Moby

  • eeh the movie business is going down these days anyways.nowdays movies r only made 2 get money (epic movie, meet the spartans, disaster movie).

  • These two men are living legends. What's really sad, is there isn't a single contemporary actor out there right now who could possibly fill the void that will be left after they eventually pass on.

  • you are absolutely right!

  • @VolumeSearcher sad but true... (i just found out al pacino is now 70- wtf)

  • @VolumeSearcher

    ryan gosling has potential

  • Fucking story play and acting are DEAD ON!!!!! Amazing cinematography.

  • The best scen i ever see :)

  • See its movies like this that make you root for the bad guys..Hell if it wasnt for AL being the one who kills Bobby D.,Id have hated this movie forever. That rotten Waynegro. He screwed it all up. They had a good chance....there I go again. ..

I mean c'mon. All that cash in those duffle bags? I would have left anything in 30 seconds flat..for that kind of do re mi.

  • Great movie... De Niro and PAcino - not so many in the hollywood are the same talents...

  • i had coffee with mccauley half an hour ago!!!!

    hahah great movie

  • you've got to be kidding?

  • 5 DeNiro

    5 Pacino

    10 stars great movie!

  • How can you possibly write dialogue this good!?

    Its genius.

  • I agree. I've tried writing dialogue and it is so difficult. This scene, especially when Deniro takes in Pacino's statement about gunning him down, is really amazing. The acting is so natural, which circles back to your comment about dialogue. Can you imagine being a serious actor and finding characters/dialogue so well written?

  • makes me want to rob a bank too. lol j/k

  • this is another good sence of the film,

  • Someone knows the music ??????

  • yeah..the song is "New Dawn Fades"...origin by Joy Division, but this version is from Moby....both are magnificent

  • there is no background sound effect wtf are you talking about.

why don't you just post the whole movie.

  • maybe because its that thing called "Illegal", I woud suggest you look that word up, I know the cops dont really give much of a shit, but this guy will still be suspended/banned for doing that on YouTube, not many people get away with that unless the people who created the film said its alright to do so.

  • Bullshit,do you know how many full movies you can watch in youtube?its just a matter of time that's it

  • @Adude64 Youre a regular law and order kinda guy huh? A Youtube Snitch? Come on are you the youtube police?

  • @scumgod13 Why are you replying to a 2 year old comment? Yeah I was one of those retarded "internet police" types back then, I admit that, but goddamn. I've seen people reply to old comments before, but this just amazes me.

  • you do what you do best and i do what i do best

  • Pacino and deNiro were the Clooneys/Pitts of the 80s and 90s...and still very sexy....i cant get enough of this guys...

  • lol this comparison sound weird, they do not have the same register

  • it sounds weird of course..and my opinion is that are Pacino/deNiro 100000% better as this small guys Clooney/Pitt....i mean the "Hype"

  • 100% agree

  • Love Pacino's over-acting: "I had coffee with McCauley HALF AN HOUR AGO!"

  • background sound effect really mad it bad :(

  • cual es la musica de esta escena

  • Movie is the best my number 1 fav.

  • Mines, too along with Goodfellas.

  • very forgot how good this film is !
