@Merle1987 what gives you the right to make such a judgement?? The Yukon is one of the most beautiful places in Canada in both the summer AND the winter. Until you have lived a year in the Yukon and experienced all it's wonders, you have no say.
@KissHell01 You are so right. Its obvious they have never been to Whitehorse or Dawson City or Carmacks in the winter. I have been to them plenty of times.

This song, and My Yukon Book of Memories choke me up every time I hear them. I have lived in the Yukon most of my life and dread when/if I have to leave.
yes , she is all year round , the same colour !! swimming, well , tad chilly at the best of times , but she is not shallow !!! Its the minerals around the Lake that give her the colours year round , untill she freezes. It , is a beautiful place ... Thank-you for seeing this video , it is home to so many of us , us , that serve in other places & cant get home , keep this one in our hearts !! :)
