I don't think that its possible to smoke all that crack in one hit. 7 grams of vaporized crack cocaine would fill larger volume than that of persons lungs.
Do not use crack if you have any of the following conditions:
Stupidity.
Heart disease.
Note: You may forget to eat your food while on crack. Its wise to setup an eating schedule to avoid forgetting.
