I always did think this was the best version of the Romancing SaGa Theme.

Seconded. It seems to be an octave (?) lower than the RS2 opening theme (which makes this the absolutely best title theme for me), but nevertheless except the battle themes maybe I liked the music in RS3 a lot more than in Romancing SaGa 2.
