Dude this works for anyone who can hold and grip a baseball because I'm 14 and this helped me out so much because I would only throw fastballs and the other teams where getting used to that and your pitching videos helped me out so much thanks so much!!!! The only annoying thing though is that I have to reverse everything because I am a lefty :(
