Good quesion....I might post a tutorial in a few days.....but i think that section you blay a B two octaves above C (listen to the song for the pattern) and at the same time hit e then e flat then b...so it would look like

bb b b b bb b b b and repeat

e e e e' b b b b

e' means e flat in my nonsensical notation....

i can probably get a vid up tomarrow....cuz im not doing anything......so stay tuned and thanks for commenting :)....
