Dracula took me the most time of every boss, same as The Guy I guess :<. I just never learnt how to dodge the homing fire ball, and even still after beating him many many times I still can't dodge it

I must commend you. Due to its insane difficulty and learning curve, this is one of the most fun and addictive games I've played (Not done yet, currently working on The Guy's Castle)

Were you able to copy and paste the Dracula sprites, or did you have to make them pixel by pixel? That's a really detailed sprite set for Dracula, and drawing him manually looks like it would've taken ages.

Dracula is still my least favorite boss in the game. There are so many simple combinations for him to kill you with nothing you can do about it i.e. Fireballs then moon, tracking apple cloud then spawning near you trapping you into a corner, those splitting balls and the two tracking spheres. Just watching you fight him reminds me of how tough he is to beat for some reason. I love the game and I've beaten it like 4 times now, but Dracula and Koopa Klown Kar just urk me.

i remember i beat dracula my first try but he never did the homing cherry or white orb attacks. then i replayed it and that cherry followed me mercilessly till i died

I have a problem... I went to the part before G&G without beating Mike Tyson (via the first screen), and I beat birdo & dracula, went back to the main place and went to beat MIke Tyson, beat him, and then without thinking continued to go into the G&G part, and now I'm stuck here. Do I have to do the G&G part again?

I don't get it, Dracula was the (second) easiest boss fight for me, I only died like... 5 times...

i have to say, iwtbtg is one of the best games i ever played, and i think it is the most popular freeware game i know of, since i know six people who have played it. (and one who has beaten it...)

PLEASE make a sequel, you can't let such an iconic genre fall into disarray!

btw anyone, i am fighting dracula, and bullets just go right through his hitbox without damaging him. any ideas? (i shot him like 200 times)

Yeah yeah. Most of the basic graphics are done by me. Basically anything that isn't a boss(besides The Guy of course), Dracula's castle and torian are mine, save obvious referential stuff like shy guys or the zombies from Ghouls and Ghosts etc etc.

I did make the game. :P I certainly died more than my fair share while testing him out. I had to try beating him when some of his attacks were impossible to evade. The Ectoplasms used to be even harder to deal with. D:

Dracula can be a real dick. He once summoned one homing apple after another in his second phase and cornered me. I can't begin to discuss all the Bullshit he put me through. Still, it was fun.

Beating Dracula is really a matter of luck. Of course some skill is required. But the toughness of the bossfights depends on where he spawns, which attacks he uses in which situations etc.

That's why he always used to corner me and shooting homing fireapples at me, coz I had no luck. -_-
