no joke , i practice this and have for some time . at first i just practiced off and on for about 7 years , i wasn't dedicated . but within the last year almost , i've been dedicated to nei jin qiong . i believe as experienced with it , every word in here . qi is intelligent , no matter what the problem is , it goes to work on fixing it . the rate of time in healing depends on the severity of the problem , and the amount of treatment .
