This is perfect! I haven't read The Picture of Dorian Gray, but I know the story and Johnny Depp would be perfect for the part, if only he had been a bit younger... He's still handsome, but the Johnny Depp from Sleepy Hollow would have been the perfect guy. Also it's funny how you used Colin Firth too, because of his part in the 2009 film. :) Really well done!

yes it's supposed Dorian Gray was blonde, with blue eyes and young and though I would have loved to see Johnny Depp as Dorian, I think he was old for that role.Johnny looks young but not as much to be Dorian. I think even though Ben is not blonde, it's not that relevant, I think Dorian looks better dark-haired and dark eyes,it gives it a little bit of darkness and mistery.I've read Dorian Gray and I knew he was blonde, very blonde but somehow I never imagined him blonde but dark-haired.Weird

If a movie really was made for Dorian Gray that looked like this...well, it would be the best. Actually, I think the only reason why people are still making films after "The picture of Dorian Gray" is because there hasn't been a film yet that could indistutably be declared best.... Take "Gone with the wind"for example..you'd have to be an idiot to remake it since everyone would compare it to the first wich was about as perfect as it can get...sadly not all good stories have a good movie...

that basil or cecil guy or whatever painted this beautiful amazing portrait of dorian, then lord henry started corrupting dorian, and made him wish he would never grow old, and that the painting would instead. the wish somes uncannily true, in that it not only ages, but takes on the outward expression of evil that dorian soon develops inside.
