I remember when i got this game it was in the early 2000 i guess and i was 10 years at that time,i had friends but i didnt bother...all i did was playing this game.It became my religion and i was able to pull of any trick combo no matter how long.I studied each level so i could play it almost blindfolded...I miss those times ( I even know all the lyrics)

thps2 had some far-out levels for the time. like look at the hawaii level. just a helicopter and a halfpipe in the middle of the pacific! and the moon level? that was fun as hell. there you had the inside skate park and the mexico level with the bull for the toro toro gap.

i loved this game so much... only problem was my last copy broke and my ps2 didnt work anymore... my solution to the problem was buying tony hawks pro skater 2x... for all you people who have xboxs or xbox 360s now you should go on amazon or ebay or something and get yourself a copy... its like a directors cut of the game... it has all the levels from thps 1, 2 and like 6 levels that weren't ever put in another tony hawk game :D only problem is the game is rare :\ but its a great game thou :D

All is good though, I have another wrist, another hip, some Bad Religion (and the rest of the THPS2 track list, Lol) and all of the memories from the summer of 2001 before I even started high school, I don't think I ever gave up on skating, I bailed about 4 or 5 years ago, took a lenghty breather and i'm back up, this is just the beginning for me!!! It's SO hard for me to believe I started skating 10 years ago!!! I never did anything major, just had fun with it for about 6 or 7 years. I graduated high school, started working, met my wife and sadly, lost time for skating about 4 or 5 years ago.
