@Deidara1BG you have to train them by playing with them when they are very young, they'd be active and wanna play all the time. If you go away for long and don't spend a lot of time with them, they're gonna try and occupy their time some other way. Some cats just become lazy as hell and sleep their days off and get into a habit of doing that. You can't just not pay attention to them and then all of a sudden want them to play when you want it. You have to be consistent.
