thats what im gunna say when it gets here and i realise i could have easily built one with a Styrofoam cooler a lamp and a thermopower-switch and saved myself 50$

@cmathew4 No, its much more than just styrofoam. When it arrives look under the top and you'll see why its diffferent. I have actually tried the thermopower switch and heat lamp, it does not work as well as this

if its been more than a day inbetween her finding it and you getting it in the incubator its dead.

@smmcknnn dude, never asummed anything, look at all of my recent bird videos and look at the pigeon, cuz thats what came out of it. when my aunt found it i told her to keep it under a lamp to keep it warm, she actually had it for 4 days and had it on a light for 1 day and it still hatched so, i guess u could say its a miracle

@beardieboy13 you have to keep twisting that circle thing until it clicks 4 times then when you plug it in st the temp and it should turn on

i jus got mine today but the light isnt on when i plug it in does that mean it isnt getting any power and i have to return it?

@bloodXdragon88 no you just didnt set it up right,

keep turning that wierd circle until it clicks 4 times... then plugg it in, wait for it to heat up (about 2 hours) and set the temp on that knob..,.

Uh oh, I saw a horror movie where these people bring an egg home and it hatches....turns out it wasn't a bird but rather a flesh eating alien....good luck! lol anyway I can't wait to see all the stuff! 100 degrees seems a little too hot seeing that birds sit on there eggs in 20 degree weather and the egg is fine. Hopefully the egg aint dead yet and something adorable (not alien) will hatch. I doubt it will be cuter than the baby turtles though.....baby turtles are so adorable!

@reptilelover5 Well hes a very unknow breeder that lives in my area and i didnt have to talk him into it, hes a very good friend of mine and was actually hapy to know someone would be taking care of his eggs for him :)
