@AlienAviator the way the wood burns at super heated temperatures,there is very little ash even after a length cooking session. i know this because ive built one also and cooked extensively on it.
@fuputaz there wont be any smoke at all if the wood was dry, it has been raining all week and those wood i used was picked just a day before, but then it got rain again just before i start the video right after i took the photos, so those wood got quite wet, i just rub it off with a piece of cloth :) ..check my other video, which i use dry wood. the flame is impressive.
