  • 師生感情有違道德及公平原則的另一個原因是

    會對沒有被老師愛上的學生不公平

    學校是一個用學生成績來量化學生表現的地方

    而評量的標準還包含學生感性的一面，例如生活工作態度

    所以當老師將這部份的主觀的分數擴大化

    甚至是干涉客觀的作業考試成績

    這樣是有違公平原則的

    而當一個老師不公平的時候

    當然也就是有背職業道德原則的時候了
