I got big problem with my this sony led tv(ex700) 46 inchi. A Black shadow down the left of the screen and it you look closely, ...i just bought 2 months only...somebody can help me..so dispointed.. the sony techiction said..is installation problem!!!

@ojiope that could be led light on the edge could be dead. but EX700 got pulled out from Sony website itslef already due too much problems. Reproduces lighter black levels; darker areas tinged blue; cannot adjust dejudder processing much; less-even screen uniformity; Netflix image quality worse than on other streaming devices.

I've got Sony LED KDL40ex700 today.It's Awesome!!!

Colors are so beautiful and natural. The blacks are great and not dominating.

You can see lots of details in dark shadows. Enginears of this
