I've been watching all of your vids and really you have such great soundtracks that go with the video. Id love to know all of the soundtracks you've used but that would be a bit much lol
By the way, you've obviously got a future in film-making. The question is, which part of the whole process do you prefer? The editing is always amazing, the acting great, and the story/script interesting.
What do you see yourself doing some years down the road? Directing, producing, writing, acting, editing, etc.? There are few individuals who get to be involved in all of those in the movie-making world, AFAIK.
@legr8est1234 Well that is a good question haha! I really enjoy Directing, and Acting. Right now those are my top two things. I also really enjoy story writing, but I'm not one who likes to write things down so I'm probly not too fit for that. But Acting right now is kinda where I'm headed. I'm just kind of experimenting at what I'm most successful at and I'll kinda see where things take me over the next two years.
The professionalism is really top-notch! However, to really give your movies a more cinematic feeling, I would suggest shooting at 24 fps, and perhaps at a wider aspect ratio (2.35:1). If your camera has these options, you should experiment with them. Otherwise, you can probably make those changes in post-production.
One question: do you shoot these whole things with just one camera, or do you use multiple ones? I imagine it'd get very tedious to shoot everything with just one.
@legr8est1234 Thanks! I should really consider doing that! I might just have to figure that out haha. Yep I just use one camera! I've never been able to have more than one, but I actually prefer to use only one, I feel like I have more control and it gives me the opportunity to make each shot the most creative and best it can be. But thanks for the advice!
@Jimbeast so I wasn't wrong when I said that you saw it. It's a good film I not saying it's bad Or unoriginal there are just some things that I notice we're very similar to true grit
A word of advice, if you want to make, good blood and gore, take scar wax and shape it into a bullet hole, or whatever you want, maybe a huge cut, and then put a bunch of blood in the middle of the hole, and color parts of the hole, black, and parts of it yellow.
AWESOME! Great Job, wish there was a little bit more gore at the killing, but realy good job. You should have him come back to life as some kind of spirit or something in a thriller cost of life : the revenge . and he comes back and kills that Mo Fo... gd job glad your on HD now!
One of my fave vids of the ones you've made! props. Mind me asking what soundtracks you used for this video?? thnx!
