Ok for the people who argue with proven statistics, 1st gear max is around 140, 2nd 225, 3rd 280, 4th 337, 5th 382, and 6th 410+. this is from a very fast 4 litre flat six twin turbo. it has some gold, platinum, zirconium etc components. the gold is in the air induction system etc. this is also named bugati veyron killer!!!!

you have a good point tbh ... but i dont think that what you are saying its true,because the engine displacement is 4.0L(stroked to 4.2L of normal 997 turbo) and the turbos used in this car are(as far as i know) 2 garrets gt3071r which blow so much air in that little engine that the blow-off is causing the excess air to escape via either the valves or the turbo runway somewhere :)

So your saying the blow-off valves aren't large enough to prevent compressor surge? 2 X GT3071's do blow a shit load of air. I'll be running a 3076 and I'm going for 450 AWHP on a 2.0 liter. But back to the point, if the car is truly surging, it just needs a better way to vent the air out when the throttle plate closes.

while first acceleration it starts in first gear and shifts in 2nd at about 100 km/h...2nd gear goes until 200km/h...why should the rounds per hour go into the limit in 2nd gear at 140 km/h (as you wrote) if it already was at 200 km/h with the same 2nd gear?

And about all those who say it cant reach 140 on 1st gear - screw all of you. It can if the gearbox ratios are set low. And its obvious they are set like this. 1st 2nd and 3rd gear are with low ratios. It`s obvious from the sound the car makes when it shift`s from 1st to 2nd and from 2nd to 3rd.
