wow - 6 MIPS... $500k... my first new PC in 1997 was around 400 (bogo)MIPS. It surely was faster than that VAX though... for $1000 with a 6GB drive and 32MB ram too! haha. Huge drive so I put both linux and windows NT on it... it played quake very well.
