Good to see a video of this tweak, I was curious about it.
Now, I use Mark Read and these two will more than likely conflict with each other unfortunately; plus, I don't like the idea it will always perform the action to ALL emails, even if you already selected some items on the list.

It's good but definitely not worth USD 1.5.
