mother gets he child for one week, then the father gets the child for the second week, then you keep alternating, and on special days (birthdays, Christmas, etc) you get together whole family

This is a message to the Government and judiciary.
1. HAVE AN AUTOMATIC PRESUMPTION OF 50/50 CONTACT WHEN PARENTS SPLIT
2.OPEN COURTS, to be brought in line with the crown and magistrates courts.
3.COMPULSORY MEDIATION BEFORE THE COURT PROCESS
4.ENFORCE COURT ORDERS. A 3 strikes and your're out policy would be a great detterent against uncooperative mothers. On the 3 rd strike , residence would be swopped to the father or whoever has deliberately broken the court order.

Lets face it, these men are showing why they should not have access to children. They are irresponsible, law breaking and not very good role models. Most of them are violent and abusive. the balance of probabilities, thats what i mean - a platform for injustice. well done for martin backwell for shooting that anti dad feminist down in her tracks. 5 years, 29 court orders, 40+ court appearances - truth, justice, equality. i had all this shit, practically missed the first 18 months of my daughters life. now i have her 3 weekends out of 4 with the option to attach a penal notice within 48 hours if she fucks about again

Well political correctness has taken over the west, our justice system has been biased for women for as long as I can remember but the fact is that they are afraid of men they we can cause a lot more problems for them than they can cause for us. You men are being written out as being needed for having children because of egg implantes, so we become obselete.

i love the way everybody not in the situation straight away diputes anything a father says.
I haven't seen my kids for 3 months even though i ring every week to get contact and pay the full amount of maintenace on the first of the month. 'oh i'm sure that's not true.' yeah well you know f. all.
