  • Then why do you not keep kosher or shabbat?

  • It is true that the Roman Catholic Church has bastardized the true (Biblical) Word, however...there is always the (equal) danger to Judaize Christianity as well. All a Christian must do is to follow the New Testament, every bit of the Old Testament of meaning and worth to a Christian is found within the New Testament, it's as simple as that. At times here you are actually Judaizing, such as eating rules are addressed in the New Testament, and it states that such rules are put aside as worthless.

  • I want to keep the sabbath but my church never holds any of the Holy Feasts and I honestly do not know anything about it. I have read the bible and about passover and the feast of Leaven bread, and some of the other feasts but it seams so over whelming. I don't know the traditions. I don't eat pork, I try to dress modestly. But the feasts for me are truly confusing because of all the traditions. Can you please refer me to where to go for information. Thank you.

  • @livegorgeouslygreen Oh yes, it is confusing at first because we have been designed to think by churches today that torah is done away with and now we celebrate pagan holidays like christmas and easter and don't keep Yahweh's TRUE feasts that are talked about many times in scripture. A good youtuber to watch is thehealthwatchman or go to passion for truth dot com..Jim Staley is good on teaching about them.Refiners fire dot com is a good site too.

  • You are making a mistake. Real religion that pleases God is not found in the Torah.

Col2: Therefore do not let anyone judge you by what you eat or drink, or with regard to a religious festival, a New Moon celebration or a Sabbath day. These are nothing more than a *shadow* of the things that were to come; the *reality*, however, is found in Christ.

  • @4096x Nah, no mistake. The verse in Col:2 is misunderstood so much. We must NOT go after tradition of men, but of Yahweh(which is found in Torah). We must not let anyone judge us when we obey Torah when they obey man such as the pope or their pastors that say Torah was abolished. Col:2 was for the true believers who were being mocked because they observed Torah and most Romans and roman holidays(Catholic church) criticized them.

  • @Lovesenduringpromise, check the context. he's talking about jewish traditions. read the whole book.

  • @4096x Yupp, jewish traditions such as washing hands before a meal(they considered eating with unclean hands made the clean food unclean-their tradition NOT Yahwehs guidelines for our health)Torah is about health, not burdensome.

  • Hey! Have you always had more of a messianic view or is this something that has changed for you? I have a few friends that are on that journey. I am trying to understand Torah more. Thanks for your words!! Be blessed!

  • @guitarlovenjc No, I have not always had this view. I grew up Roman Catholic, then came out and went into the Baptist church. Got baptized there and went there for 4 years. It wasn't until 6 months a go Yahweh opened my eyes to the truth through a friend of mine...and ever since my eyes have been opened SO much through research and lots of bible study.

  • What do you believe the Bible says about women wearing earring?

  • @2008ethi I used to wear earrings, I don't anymore because I believe from a modesty standpoint that we should not adorn ourselves with so much jewlery. It's all about looks, right? Plus if Yahweh didn't make holes in your ears then you don't need earrings. 1 Timothy 2:9-10, 1 Peter 3:3-4

  • You always make me think!

  • @sianchild Glad I can do that! Yahweh bless you

  • Wonderful video! :-)

  • @Phentie Thanks. Yahweh bless you

  • great vid:)

  • @ReillyAJ Thanks. Yahweh bless you

  • Great video, Sabrina! What an encouragement you are to me. Love ya!

  • @sterlingwalters Thanks, Sarah!!! You are an encouragement to me too, as you helped introduce me to the Torah. Love you!

  • When did you choose baptism? What type of church do you attend?

  • @TheAppieShow I was baptized 5 years a go. We currently are looking for a church-hebraic root/messianic. Believer in Yeshua/torah observant

  • what version of the bible are you using?

  • @msquietdeja Aramaic English, why? A lot of the newer versions have been corrupted and things taken away or added to them. I try to stick to as close to the original as possible.

  • @Lovesenduringpromise I hope my comment didn't sound rude. But I agree with you its hard to read the Bible sometimes b/c every version says something different. I myself am searching for a bible that is closer to the original. And I want to let you know your a sister In Christ to me I always look forward to your videos b/c I know that whatever truth your given your not afraid to share. Keep being an example to true believers.

  • @msquietdeja Nah, not rude you were just curious. Thanks for your kind words, Yahweh bless you. I definetly recommend Aramaic English :-)
