This version of Cell made a much better villain than the other transformations, in my opinion. He is so much darker, creepier, and menacing, not only through his appearance but also his actions. You see him sadistically terrorising cities, one monstrous kill at a time. They even show his aura as a collection of countless wailing souls (0:33 - 0:45.) Scared the crap out of me as a kid!
