That is one seriously gorgeous tattoo. Soto is incredibly skilled. Of all the types of tats to get out there, trying to capture a picture, a photograph,...of a face. Dang close to impossible. It's a rare artist who can have skills this impressive. I've seen more messed up attempted portraits that are embarassing and poorly executed. Tribal and flash, those are one thing. But pulling off portraits successfully, like this, takes skill most tat artists do not have. This is impressive artwork.
