yes you can get a really great Strat Sound out of this amp.The clean channel is very warm-and the rhythm channel sounds really crispy (for the Little Wing sounds;))Greetz Jan

Hey Jan! Amazing playing and tones! I am debating getting this or the switchblade head. Is this head that much better sounding? I am looking for mainly great high gain lead tones for soloing. Please let me know if You get a chance, i dont have anywhere in my area to demo the amp.

Can you also set the induvidual channets with different volumes so when you step on the pedal induvidual channels volumes are automatically recalled with the other effects you choose

A couple of days ago I tried the coreblade at the Frankfurt Musikmesse, it is absolutely a metal monster, one step ahead of the rest of the world, it represents the new concept of merging the modeling amp with a fuly featured tube head. The TSC (Tube Safety Control) is an unique feature, the self matching and self biasing power stage tubes is something other vendors should run after. Ein cooler Demosong wie in deinem Switchblade Demo wäre schön. Hier könnte mann die Sounds im Kontext zu Drums und Bass hören...

Btw. Mit was schaltest du den Coreblade - Original FB oder etwas wie Behringer FCB1010?

toll gespielt, hilfreiche Vorstellung der Sounds... Was mich mal interessieren würde: Du hast doch bestimmt irgendwo nen Tube Factor rumfliegen - wie klingt der Coreblade, wenn man den damit anbläst? Also nur mit Factor 1 schön cleane Röhre rein drehen und dann am CB Gas geben... Da wäre ich sehr auf Deine Meinung gespannt.

Also mit dem TubeFactor hab ich das noch nicht probiert.Bei anderen Ams benutz ich den um da noch etwas aus dem Amp rauszukitzeln.Aber ehrlich gesagt hat der Coreblade so viel Power,daß das gar nicht nötig ist.Gruß Jan

Macht der TF das ganze nicht noch etwas "röhriger"? Hab halt gedacht das könnte für den Coreblade interessant sein...

Der Coreblade ist ja Vollröhre.Viele denken ja,es sei ein Digitalamp.Den TF nehm ich gerne für Sessions,dann kann ich sicher sein,daß der Amp auch gut klingt.Aber klar,kann man auch in Kombination mit dem Coreblade probieren.Mach ich mal am We.Gruß Jan

Der Coreblade klingt ja gar nicht schlecht, nur die Highgainsounds, die ja sein Haupteinsatzgebiet sein sollen, überzeugen mich nicht so richtig... Nichtsdestotrotz excellent playing, natürlich ;)
