I reside in India and play this wonderful game for recreation , i cant thank enough for making the subtitled version available. Its a boon for self taught players.
WHen the first time I played badminton, the first difficulty I had was footwork. I had no idea why I couldnt move forward and spring back to my original position in a split second. Whenever I land my feet to get the Net play, I couldnt push my feet to move my body backwards. I was frustated and I thought quitting badminton is the only way out. Fortunately this video helped me to improve my mistakes. THe 90 degree rule is really important and now my footwork has improved for THE BETTER !!!

Moreover, now I know my knee injured easily and it is because of the 90 degree rule that I do not obey. Many thanks for sharing !
