well, this accident also proves the excellent safety of the Formula 1 cars. Not a single driver was hurt. Most of them later sat in their spare cars and started in the re-start. A few teams didn't have two spare cars and had just one driver compete later.

Spa in Belgium is a lethal track. It has killed many over the years. Its original layout was practically suicide.

Ridiculous? Perhaps? But that's what happens in a tight field in pouring rain with zero sight.

Schumacher was probably gonna win the race but when he tried to overtake coulthard who was 1 lap or more behind the rest he crashed right into him and he couldn't finish the race, can still remember how pissed I was at Coulthard because I wanted Schumacher to win :P

Undamaged... Hakkinen, Schumacher, Hill, Ralf (sort of - he was the Jordan who parked up when everyone bombed on through into each other) then 1 Minardi (Nakano or Tuero?) who was right at the back. Notice the tyre at 0:10ish... bounced off the fence, that could have been so much worse. Also I swear the black Arrows speeds up as it heads into the crash... xD
