@Kurpalac i just bought a 740, have it on layaway technically and cant wait to pick it up in 2 weeks when i have the money. i noticed the magazine extensions too. i dont know how long the 740s have been on the market, but i definitely want the extension for my big hands. plus having an extra round or 2 wouldnt hurt either. do you own a 709? if so how does it handle? does it shoot well?

yea, this rep sucks. it was hard to watch him. However i own the Pt 738, and I LOVE this pistol. I carry it every day. Taurus got it right with this one. I would say it falls in between the Ruger LCP .380, and the Kahr P.380. but half tha cost of the Kahr.
the tcp for a woman with small hands is perfect and extremely light, I bought it for my wife and it also comes in pink which is what she wanted. anyway it's a great weapon, not easy to break down though.

I own the 709 slim and I believe it to be the best compact 9mm they have. But if they want to rid themselves of the bad press they get with the guns they manufacture, quality control and reliability is #1, and then PLEASE hire someone who knows that they're talking about.

so for $370 taurus, $525 glock 26, $670 Khar9 those are the price points... they are all great guns. the glock and the khar are very similar just the Khar is thinner...
you should look at Keltec, all american made, reliable, and priced amazing $300=PF9 but for most carried the glock 26, or 19, or 17 are the most common police gun, all the clips are interchangable and aftermarket is amazing with glocks also the ability to run +P+ ammo
khar is sweet just not cheap... and things add up quick!
it wasn't that many years ago that clip was the lingo used(lol, okay 30-40 years ago, I was there). Technically, there still is a clip inside the external mag. What should bother you is this guy with his finger in the trigger guard.

one thing i have yet to hear is when she askes there opinon they ask, well what caliber have you shot and what caliber do you like. they just always start out with well this is a .380 i would recommend this. i have seen girls shoot .45aco you dont have to always pawn the .380s on them.
