In the article, Matt says Dennis Kucinich is offering an amendment to allow states to do their own public option. This would be HUGE. People would move to states with public insurance. In the long run, it would transform the country. Red states would empty out. Then, we could take away the "2 senate seats for Montana" bullshit...or it would become irrelevant.
