Paul Kagame's RPF army started killing off hutu populations the minute they set foot in Rwanda in 1990 and they are still trying their best to reduce the Hutus in numbers. Those who fled to the Congo were hunted down and massacred in 1996-97. Even in this interview Kagame admits he wishes the hutu refugees didn't receive humanitarian aid.
