Fortunately in where I live, I don't seem to hear of these stuff. Perhaps you may say that it's because people do not like to disclose such matters to the public, but I say otherwise. Botched operations? It doesn't make sense that such an easy and minor operation can be so easily messed up. I certainly do not see where your "great deal of men" have come from.
