Sorry, but you should have thought the walkthrough before submitting. This is your second one, and there's still some "sorry, go ten minutes backwards to some room and come back- thigs". Maybe you should do the third, and name it Metroid walkthrough part 1,2,3,4,5.... and not like you have. And do it well.
I know there's a lot of backtracking in the game, but it would have been helpful to see which "go back to X" you are talking about, maybe even to just set that part to 2x or 3x speed, since we don't need to see what exactly you're doing, but where you're going.
