@jsy012792 I agree in principle, but there's a difference between feeding the trolls and having a conversation. Not all comments are trolls. Not all ignorant opinions should be quietly left alone. That kind of broken window mentality ultimately creates a communications wasteland, instead of cultivating a space for engagement and conversation. Trolling is a weak form of bullying, and like all acts of bullying, it relies on the masses being too scared/apathetic to directly confront the bully.
