This is the best movie to anime trailer I have ever seen! I still use "get up there you miserable little puke" everytime we go golfing and think of ole Captain Dodge
The problem on this one is that, no offense to TRSI... Tylor's source video is crummy awful. There are just some episodes where it's so jittery where you can't splice voice cycles together because it makes the jumpiness worse.
Also I tend to work from the end backwards so by the beginning I'm usually sick of the project.
Both this video and the original trailer for the movie is really hilarious. This made me not breath for a while from the funny jokes in this. It also works really well on the timing.
hehehe this is awesome. A great movie paired with a great anime. This just works on so many levels! I about fell out of my chair laughing as I watched this. I cannot express how good of a job the person who put this together did :D

Well, they did release the two separate ova and tv boxes, which are awesome for all the extra stuff they include (sountrack, interview books and sketches).

The anime is Irresponsible Captain Tylor. And it's very good. Just old. The movie is Down Periscope. Not quite so old, slightly less good. Both are watchable.

I know what you meant I just take offense to the idea. Right Stuf really did a good job on Tylor, there's no reason people should be downloading it illegally. Buy the discs, they're good.

i LOVED irresponsible captain tyler. i just finished it tonight and it had me clapping at the last episode even though it was after midnight. very best. and this video is awesome! thank you so much for putting this together, its hilarious!
