  • PizzaGod.. You have to realize that sometimes the verbage of the bill is determined by the Senate and then adopted by the House Bill. Of course the House Bill will be the first to be voted on!!! Levin is one of the most powerful Senators.. (He is a turd though) Therefore that's where the verbage is going to come from..
