U know that's something I've never done in all my years of watching motovlogger vids. I've never paid anyone to watch anything. It's not that I dislike anyone, far from it really. I just can't justify it to myself to hand over $ for motovlogger vids. This is YT, the service is provided to all free of charge, somehow the mere idea of charging for vids always puts me off. The only content I think I would ever pay to see would be pr0n *heheh* ;-)
Think of it like this, You can watch the simpsons on TV for free, but when the simpsons movie came out, you happily pay to watch it at the movies, because you know youd enjoy it.
And you dont 'buy' Mordeths private series, you just donate to his cause, and he sends you them, i would rather buy one of mordeths series than pay to watch a movie at the cinema.

Personally, I can not. I've never felt compelled at any time to hand over $ to anyone on YT. When anyone conducts 'fundraising efforts' some will pay & some will not. I happen to have always been in the 'will not' pay group.
I can find tons to watch on YT for free (& that includes other motovloggers) thus I can not justify paying any single YT user at all.
That's great Dan. As long as folks don't feel ripped-off (which would reflect poorly on motovloggers in general), then I'm fine with people paying or donating or whatever.
I would never discourage anyone from offering other YTer $. And I certainly understand what M13 has done & is doing with these 'fund raising' series of vids.
