This is my favorite rave movie, the ending is epic. I have seen most rave movies but I like this one so much because of how that one night changed everyone and the positive outlook on raves.

@thom6998 Absolutely agree although Human Traffic just pips it but I do love this movie and then some just so uplifting as is the soundtrack - and does anyone know that bad ass dnb tune that that dj plays halfway through? Coz I sent off for the soundtrack and it's only some of the tunes feat mixed in by WISHFM any help be mucho appreciated :0)

The awesome thing about this movie is that it is so bad. The sentiments are there, the spirit is there, the only thing missing was the budget. No one can fault them for that. If ya'll like Groove, check out the documentary Better Living Through Circuitry.

ah. I see now. Well, it may seem rather piddly compared to NYC, but Dallas was nothing to thumb your nose at back in the day.

2 things:

1. The movie doesn't depict Dallas, it's San Francisco, which had an awesome scene way back.

2. It's the music that makes the movie gay, 1st and foremost. What kind of outlaw party has John freakin' Digweed? What kind of outlaw party has gay prog house? If it's San Fran, showcase Dubtribe, DJ Carlos, Funky Tekno Tribe, Dutch, etc . But it's not just names. It's the music. Prog house is not underground. It's tween music, for crying out loud.

@wittenbergdoor BY FAR, the best one I've seen is Better Living through Circuitry. I don't know of any fictional movie that's ever successfully captured the experience of a rave. The closest I've seen is actually a scene from Babel. But that's probably not worth renting only for that.
