dude, it is. theres proof. in one concert, u could see the scars and blood and all but the next day, they magically disappered.

I know that he used to use fake blood and vomit for dramatic purposes but trust me when I say what he does on stage is 100% real. When he was fish-hooking at the concert that I went to you could see him tearing open his mouth and when he scratched himself on the chest you could see the cuts beginning to form. My friend was in tech support at Wacken and so I saw him briefly having his cuts cleaned behind the stage set. But it wasn't anything life threatening or serious.
