The description of this video is wrong. NO defenders fell on top of him AFTER he was tackled. The injury happened while he was being tackled. That is a horrible injury none the less.

i hav seen this before on a sports show,but they didnt even show the part where he was stabilized and waving on the stretcher.the first time i saw it on the show,i could barely watch it which is unlike me.does anybody know if they set it on the field?i couldnt tell.i was soooo relieved when i saw him on the stretcher just now and he looked prctically painless and okay,cuz that shit gave me nightmares when all i saw was the injury part.what year was this?

it probably hurt like hell but not right away i broke my leg and it hurt but it wasnt till about an hour later that the pain fully kicked in

the reason why it hurt more an hour later is because you calmed down and your adrenaline subsided. When you first got hurt, your body prolly went into a state shock (not necessarily serve shock). This helped you deal with the pain. Once you calmed down, your senses came back to you and it hurt like a motha. They say Bo Jackson tried to get up and walk right after his hip injury. That was adrenaline, 'cause nobody can walk with a dislocated hip. He fell back to the ground.

It's not adrenaline... it's I believe Endorphins.

Thats why some drug addicts who are coming off drugs end up breaking fingers or cutting themselves because the pain releases endorphins and endorphins subside the pain. You realize how much it hurts later because they wear off as it's not such a recent incident.
