  • That's kinda rigid for a horse but pretty good.

  • Wow!

    Amazing work!

  • Brilliant ;-)

  • was the horse easy to make? P.S. i might make a game IDK maybe i will

  • the model is great

  • very nice i think! :)

  • Herbe gut geworden.

    Würde das Pferd jetzt noch:

    - Farbe

    - Mähne und Schweif

    - Geräusche

haben, dann würde es Perfekt sein *-*

  • Hello everyone. I am currently working on a new rig for this guy.

It's going to have subsurface muscle deformation, and a heavily reworked mesh to take full advantage of this new system.

Using the reworked hair system and a combination of volumetrics it will have a complete fur coat.

The main and tail will be fully dynamic and easily controlled during animation.

And I'm going to have to get better at texturing if I'm going to finish this.

I hope to have this done in the next few months. Bye

  • @Catboy85 You need: Join controls/deformation, but you sort of mentioned that. Muscle system has to be complete, moving the backleg should affect weights up to the low of his neck. Bonesystem in tail is more than enough but for realism use hairfarm or hairplugin. No need to worry about texturing, model a full eye (iris etc), texture it with minor raytrace or draw/copy in PS and PLEASE use more referrence movies =) Hairfarm has plugins for fur so what is your texture issue here? Curious 3D guy =p

  • @Catboy85 make sure you animate its back as well!

  • i rated five *'s and i fave'd this. i think you should have the neck and head pumping up and down, tho, if ya know what i mean.

  • @amax7895

haha you rock too for saying that

  • it is a gallop because there are 4 beets

  • great job 5*

buut, try to move the neck

    its a little freezed

  • Wow! Looks great :D

  • i think this is more the canter then the gallop

  • Not bad, but the horse's head should go out longer when running. I really, really like the model. Well done!

  • I have this program and I have a basic knowledge of how to use it. Would you mind explaining how you did this or a link to a tutorial? Were you in sculpting mode the whole time you made this model? Please let me know. Thanks! :)

  • amazing animation!!

id try moving the head a little bit lower while he is galloping, it'll make it more dramatic!!

  • the mane is a little too thick to be in proportion to the body

  • It doesn't have a mane...

  • NICE! Cool!!

  • Nice job! Now just add a mane and tail, and your animation would be cooler! It looks like an embross horse. Anyways, it looks good!

  • AWSOME!!

  • It was just the back end that let it down

  • Look really good & interesting, don't know how you do this type of thing, though you may want to bring the base of the horse's neck up, as it ties in too low on the chest, and throws off the great look of this horse galloping, I love the colors

  • what software did you use?

  • If this were a video game i'd buy it :)

  • kewl

  • Really awesome but where is the mane and tail??

  • The animater has to do the body and texture before main and tail, I guess.

  • This rocks!

  • WOW! :O

  • thats really good

  • Thankyou. I hope to post a new and improved version soon, along with a few other animations I'm going to do.

  • wow this is really good
