  • I will never ever want to be an athlete! Ever!

  • Just when I thought Tim couldn't get any hotter! Damn! I agree with nubianshunshine1!

  • Good stuff Tim. I used to do Tabata burpees. Think I'll get back into doing them thanks to your video!

  • Its like watching Rocky :)

  • That was brutal exercise. I just stick to running :) But the message is awesome:) Thank you Tim :)

  • the machinist..

  • @MrAlofbag he's an endurance athlete and actually is said to be even big for that size.

  • Tim, you are hardcore, Way to GO! Inspired to do whatever it takes to reach your goal. No matter the gym is closed no excuse to not have a wicked workout. Awesome! PEACE.

  • I think I pulled a butt muscle just watching you... Ouch!

  • @odin422 Has anyone ever gotten themselves out of depression? If anyone can do it, it's a raw food diet, and the work of Byron Katie. Depression is hard because when you're in it it feels like the worst thing in the world but it's very healing spiritually.

  • @odin422 answer stop pissing on your face..ok my wise fool....the fact you say..i have deep emotional and spiritual issues means..you LOVE it!! so enjoy and choose to love being happy and NOT having any issues..easy!! its just a switch now enjoy being homeless...homes are soooo overrated..

    peace

  • Oh I just rented that exact same film today and am watching you tube first.

It really is so important to see what athletes do. Success always has an illusion of occurring overnight, and people assume 'the lucky and talented' people have natural luck and grace. Tim shows a snippet of what it takes to succeed. Go Tim.

  • glad to see NvrTuLate's comments are gone. Thanks Tim for posting your videos. They are very inspirational. I don't know you so I can't say I love you but I wish you all the best.

  • @jewel21502 Your welcome. We can all love one another, but wouldn't want to be hurtful to a good person like Tim.

  • @writerightnow hahaha

  • Ok I don't know if it's just me and my crush ,but I got totally turned on by this video ...the heavy breathing and all ;)

  • @nubiansunshine1 nooooo, only in a sadistic way. I was grimacing at the hot tearing feeling he must have in his glutes - its a tad like watching someone being tortured.

  • @nubiansunshine1 LOL, the activity you are referring to should be alot more relaxed than that, te he, even after hours

  • @NvrTuLate - I'm sorry but when did Tim ask you for your opinion?? I'm glad you don't "love" me. Ugh. Your love sucks.

  • @jewel21502 Well nobody is really asking for any of our opinions. Not mine or yours. Everybody has one though. We can love who we want. Loving is caring about what is really going on. He is on here for a reason. Not only your reasons. You're the one who is being nasty.

  • @IAMMeBeing - Seems you missed the point of the video!

  • @NvrTuLate - It's never too late to be less of a judgmental douche-bag!

  • you should checkout crossfit - i think some of their work outs would help you out - more workouts you can do outside- machines really are not natural - functional movements preformed at high intensity are natural

  • interesting... my current favorite workout of the week is similar, though perhaps with a less brutal finish: an hour on the rower, followed by 15 minutes of rest and another 10-15 minutes of strength training. a recent study suggests this pattern of endurance + resistance exercise may be a more potent stimulator of mitochondrial biogenesis than either portion would be on its own; search 'suppversity building bigger engine' for more. thx for the inspiration over the years.

  • It's like you're taking a poop.

  • I challenge myself another way with heavy weights at the gym because I could never do a tabata. I can lift heavy but would not have the drive or stamina or VO2 max to do that.

  • If you don't vomit or at least dry heave a bit you're not going hard enough. Ha just kidding :)

  • I didn't find out about tabata sets until you introduced them in your videos.. so far they have helped a lot stamina wise.
