@madcomputer888 bandit with a fan its a special build that allows thiefs to use fans. usually 15 str i think but a funded bandit can get zhelm deputy and stuff. especially with poetntial out now theres no more fandits very commen unless their a str bandit.

Cb's have a ability called MG (MesoGuard) at lvl 1 it halves the recieved dmg so 1.8k becomes 1.4k lol zhelm has ntohgin to do with it although they ahve high def but MG is what made him not get raped

Actually, being a strdit, he's doing the damage I did at level 80. ON A HIGH DEFENCE MONSTER. Therefore he is not weak. Well, I'm weak, but he isn't. He's good. So everyone who says he's weak needs to chill.
