Thanks! This was my favorite cartoon when I was seven or eight, in the early '60s. It was shown on WGN in Chicago between the animated Dick Tracy segments. I never saw it again for over 40 years, until finding snippets of it online.
Did you ever see the one where Quincy -QT's assistant, looks like a cross between one of the Nazgul and Philip Marlowe- takes drugs and turns into a hairy meanie and chases his partners all over town. Like Quncy wasn't scary enough - ugh! That one gave me nightmares. Anyone know which one it is?
Use to watch it on a morning cartoon show in Phoenix...I'd be late to school damn near... trying to see the end. Loved Yo- Yo.. Use to try and fight with em.'
I figured Toontracker was behind putting this video up, since it's on his site. Hadn't seen it in years. ON GAC Forums "cbubaker" found out Gumby and Lantz regular Dal McKennon did the lead voice.
I used to ask my dad to come home from work at 4pm to watch QT Hush with me - he was never able. My daughter loves anime and manga and makes similar calls for me to get involved in what she does, and my own experience with QT Hush reminds me how much she probably wants me to share her interests. It's great to have this chance to see QT Hush again - thanks toontracker
I too have been searching for QT HUSH! I can't believe
I found it!! I just did a search here on youtube. Amazing, remember this when it first came out!It was on a kids TV show channel WABC-7 hosted by a clown or Hobo called Tommy 7..
I have been looking for this for decades, wondering if my weird childhood memories of a dark, bizarre, quasi-noir cartoon was for real or just the result of too much Kool-Aid. Thanks Toontracker.
The one I remember most ended with Quincy going rogue - it scared me!

Ditto, followup2005! Thank you, Toon Tracker for enabling me to "relive my childhood"!
"Quasi-noir" is right! Beautiful atmospheric backgrounds!
I remember this show from the "Engineer Bill Show" on KHJ-TV, Channel 9 in Los Angeles.
If QT Hush was available on DVD, I'd definitely buy it!

Great! Thanks for posting this. Here in the SF bay area, us 48 year old kids used to watch it on Mayor Art while eating scooter pies.

Does anyone remember Hector Heathcoat - the minute-and-half man? I would love to see a clip of that cartoon.

Right On Brother!
I'm 50, and I always remembered that knife sticking in the telephone pole, accompanied by the spooky music. Too cool!
Now, it's on to Batfink, and The New Adventures of Pinnochio. I loved that show!!!
