" Technically this makes these "broken chords" but the term arpeggio is applied loosely

Hey thanks for watching! All I can suggest is lowering your action if you know how. If this can't be done, another good trick is to take off the neck of the instrument, put a few peices of paper underneath the joint and this will raise the neck closer to the strings

I promise you i sat there in my room and figured this out by ear. It's not the hardest part in the world to transcribe. My tab was most likely taken from here and put onto UG, or someone else managed to figure out this "challenging" set of arpeggios. Not a bad sound, tho this shouldn't really be distorted. If you can do it bass tapping with a nice round tone is (a) a difficult and well sought-after skill and (b) would make this passage sound far better.

yep mate, just tapping. a bit of gain will help the notes come out, and also if you're only starting to learn bass then it will take you a few months to be proficient using your hands in this position. keep at it though if you wanna learn it, but dont forget to learn how to groove as well, its worth a lot more. all the best
