Note that this was the movie, which has a different plot than the anime itself. But in a very good, canon, way. I highly recommend both the anime and the movie. ^^ Hope you enjoy it just as much as I did!

Haha; yes, at first it seems like that, but then if you watched the anime recently, you understand the connection of the movie's ending and why the makers chose to explore that kind of plot with the movie. In a way, the anime, at a point, alluded to the concept of the movie ^^
