  • WOW!!!! so amazing!!! thanks so much for sharing... :)

  • BENTOOON!!

  • So many and absolutely beautiful! If you take away the fish-shape and the water, you can almost pretend it's a herd of horses galloping in the field...

  • Beautiful!

  • wow.. amazing how one action can change ur life.. seeing these dolphins must have been incredibly amazing

  • You Channel looks great too

  • AMAZING

  • Common dolphins are known to do that, but holy crap so many! So awesome.

  • Your sister is my best friends mom!! I remember the day she showed us this video!

  • @SoldierLover14 Then you must have a pretty cool best friend.

I'm glad you liked the video.

  • love it! do you have other parts of this vid?

  • @caroleiutube The rest of the video is very choppy since the boat was running and bouncing along the waves. And loud because of the outboard motor. This really is the only part worth posting.

    Glad you liked it.

  • Beautiful Experience...THAT is what life is about!!!

  • get out of the way!

  • I for one welcome our new dolphin overlord's.

  • Thanks for all the fish!

  • Their running away from the oil slick.

  • this is UNBELIEVABLE !!!

  • They weren't frightened, they were bored. They swam along with us while the boat was running, but when we stopped to take pictures, they decided to do their own thing. They clearly weren't afraid of us in our tiny boat, as they swam along side us instead of away from us.

    It was a good time.

  • These animals are in panicked flight.

What could have so frightened them?

  • THAT WAS EPIC NATURENESS

  • so amazing.

  • that is so cool:)

  • Wow, totally amazing!

  • Were there japanese samurai chasing them yelling "f**k you dolllphiiiinn"?

  • Oh that's amazing! That's probably like a once in a lifetime experience!

  • what the hell does stampedee means?

  • This is so Kewl! I actually saw this during an Atlantic crossing when I was in the Navy.

  • Sweet! What kind of burley were you using? It works!

Everyone loves dolphins but no one loves tuna. I'm for equality of animal rights, that's why one day I would like to see tuna friendly dolphin meat sold in super markets!

  • @CReadiusPro : THAT could be funny..but it's not really...

  • Dolphins are amazing creatures, my mother always tells me storys of the Florida beaches, where they would swim up to you. The cove is a movie that is a must see for any dolphin lover. People love whales, i love dolphins. Lol i'll make my own show called "Dolphin Wars" and the theme song will start off, "The world is a werewolf da na na nuh na na nuhhh".

  • @blackpowerfreak people love whales and dolphins, people love wolves and dogs, peolple love butterflies and moths..rabbits and deer, people love cats, lions, tigers....people shoud love all of Mother Nature and the Animal Kingdom..x

  • @blackpowerfreak ..and yeah, that's a good idea..when we all learn to respect and honour nature, - to live and work with it, rather than against it - we will all live in and be @ peace. x

  • That is beautiful. I am incredibly envious of the fact that you saw that!

  • wonderful

  • wow.

  • They're running from something!!! :O RUN!

  • Amazing video! This warms my heart to see a group of dolphins swimming & leaping.

Thanks for posting such an incredible video! It's very much appreciated. God bless ya!

  • why are humans so stupid when comes to animal behavior? please humans ask yourself, why an animal is doing that? stressed and running like that? jumping? obviously something is going on...guess what?

they are being attacked/followed by a WHITE SHARK most likely

fucking humans, learn to communicate, animals can't talk but learn to read their behavior

  • @TengoNoNombre They could be having FUN. They could be doing it as a fun get together.

  • @TengoNoNombre Are you serious? Those dolphins would NEVER run from a White. They would, however, kill it for fun. They are more than likely heading to a bait ball or some other food source. They aren't running from anything.

  • @TMWTim

and how do you know? were u there?

  • @TengoNoNombre Nope, I wasn't there. At the same time, a pod of 3-4 bottle nose can easily take out a White or Tiger shark...let alone what looks to be 500+. A vocal warning/announcement of a feeding opportunity can cause a mass pod like that to move in such a hurry. That leads me to believe they weren't stressed or running. They certainly weren't being chased by a shark LOL! Dolphins own sharks. The hide these secrets in books.

  • @TengoNoNombre umm actually dolphins can easily take out a great white especially a huge pod like that. they are most likely going towards food but they arent running

  • holy shit that alot of dolphins!!!

  • I would have a $1 McDolphin with fries right now.

  • wow they haul ass.

  • amazing...

  • Pretty sure they're just migrating.

  • Comment removed

  • id be a little worried about what could be chasing them..

  • I would definitely jump in and go swimmimg

  • I would, too, but it would be scary. What if they landed on you? :D

  • I wonder if they were aware of an earthquake or some natural disaster or something, and fleeing from it.

  • Wow i´d be shocked and awed... in a good way

  • stupid bitch

  • I LOVE DOLPHINS SO MUCH!!!!!!!

  • holy shit RUN!!!

  • Thats really cool!

  • What a lovely site to see.

  • that didn't really seem like a stampede because it wasn't violent and no one got hurt. but anyways- amazing video. I can't imagine seeing that out of nowhere

  • Watch the movie called: The cove (2009)!!! Help to save the dolphins and whales from Japan!!!!They are eating all those beaultiful animals!

  • Wow that is amazing! I swam with the dolphins in the keys of FL once but never seen hundreds of wild dolphins up close...

  • the simpons were right were gonna be over run by dolphins. lol

    nice vid tho tnx

  • What a lovely experience to see something like that, wow.

  • Search "The Cove"

Dolphins and whales are aliens amongst us, the bottle nose dolphin's brain

is actually a bit larger than our own. To kill and eat one is on par with

    Hannibal Lector.

  • Wow! So cool!

  • Beautiful - thanks for sharing!

  • Wow!

  • There are only about 200 - 300 individuals; not much in terms of this species. On the ocean however, dolphin communities may contain thousands and sometimes even tens of thousands of individuals.

  • I've seen like a hundred dolphins off the coast of Nags Head, North Carolina, but this is like thousands... I can't believe that!!!

  • yep, i knew it dolphin apocalypse......We.Are.Fucked.

  • lol :D

  • it'll be like that simpsons episode

  • holy crap, thats unbelievable

  • wow that was crazy i would have loved to see that

  • Truly awesome. So lucky to have this on your doorstep. Best we can hope for in England is a dead jellyfish to poke!

  • i wouldn't have been freaked out--i would've been in the water trying to hitch a ride.......I feel bad for anyone who only gets to see things on youtube

  • DOLPHINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • nature.. its sad we only see it on youtube

  • Hello guys. Amazing animals and if anyone would like to learn more about people doing real work saving Dolphin lives in our oceans then please visit the Sea Sheperd website and find out about their amazing work.

If you can - consider donating a small amount to support their heroic and brave actions.

    Thank you and God Bless.

  • thats amazing!

    i love dolphins<3

  • i saw something like that with the same species of dolphin, the common dolphin just off the harbour inlet in A Coruña in western Spain. That was in mid april 2006. A fantastic view but was beaten by seeing a small pod of Orcas between the Shetlands and the westcoast of Norway during the same voyage. I was at the helm during the shift 04-08 am n the sun had just come up.

  • somebody sent me this video too so i didn't mean to post the same video as you Rgraening

  • No worries. I started sending it out to friends in email before posting it to YouTube. It's gone a lot of places.

  • Someone has stolen your video and is passing it off as their own, taken in Newfoundland this year (when it quite obviously wasn't)

    watch?v=zKt2Jrx39dM

  • Thanks for telling me. He's not the first.

I'm not sure why people make stuff up like that. Maybe he doesn't have anything else to talk about at parties.

  • simply amazing!!! what a lucky guy to have witnessed such a beautiful thing!! thanks for sharing =)

  • HOLY SHIT...!!!!! Dolphins!!!

  • Simply extraordinary!!!

  • WOW just amazing..

  • stumbed

  • Amazing ;)

  • I've seen documentary on dolphin movement like this and it's generally associated with a long distance move to find shoals of baitfish. The shoals generally follow the current streams along ridges.

  • Likely heading for a big school of sardines. Wow what a sight. Bet the fishing there wasn't that good for a while afterwards, LOL. That's great

  • they were probably hunting a BIIIG school of fish

  • absolutely amazing. my NOLS trip started in bay of LA-- we saw a lot of dolphins and even traveled with some for like three days; but i've never seen this many at one time before. SO AWESOME.

  • Very Cool!!! Thanks for sharing!!

  • Uh, were they "running" from something?

  • WOW! That must have been a fantastic feeling!

I once played with a small pod while on a jet-ski. They kept circling and jumping, and they seemed to get really excited when I did water-donuts. Then we just hung out a while... but 100's??? My gosh... I'm jealous! ^_^

  • that is unbelivable!!!!!! you are so lucky you saw this! where were you?

  • Mexico. In the Sea of Cortez.

  • Thank you so much for sharing this .

  • fake

  • I've seen this while surfing, it's incredible, but not fake.
